If there was one thing Joe Sampson didn't like, it was dumb kids running red lights, speeding and otherwise behaving badly on the roads of his city.

So when he spotted a jazzed up car weaving through the late night traffic at well over the speed limit it was like a red rag to a bull.

"Some dumb rich kid got himself a present from daddy" he muttered. "Well lets see how daddy likes bailing his dumb son outta jail!"

Roaring in pursuit with siren blaring and lights flashing he chased after the flaming red car. It disappeared around a corner in the industrial side of town but when Joe turned the corner, there it was. Parked as innocently as you like against the side of the deserted road.

"Wonder if the young punk did a runner" thought Joe. But no, there he was sitting behind the wheel without a care in the world. If Joe was mad before, he was enraged now! "I'll show that arrogant pup what the law means in THIS town!"
