The Council of Chiefs lays down the protocol for the use of the hospitality gift. Casey is not to be harmed or severely abused out of respect for the hosts. He will be protected by guards to assure his safety from some drunken brave who may go too far in his sexual practices. The use of Casey will be confined to his teepee at night during the celebrations. All that is agreed upon by all parties.

Just to get a sample of the goods, Casey is inspected and displayed before the Council. All are in accord that this is a fine hospitality gift indeed.
