How Hollywood Socially Engineers Badly
Hey There Boys!
If you haven't noticed with these articles... they are often a bit "out there."
Its just that I think its more entertaining to write and read what you won't find elsewhere!
So for this week's talk.... I wanted to take on another toughy!
And it should difficult as a writer to express... because the arguments I am going to try and make will align me with women hating misogynists.... even though at least I believe that I am not!
So if you are not aware... the "internet" is full of dark and mysterious creatures called trolls. And these "trolls" have a lot on their agenda to hate!
One item on their list over the last decade has been.... the advance of women into typically male dominated roles!
Such as in action movies!
Such as in Star Wars!
And boy do these haters know how to hate!
Their youtube diatribes can be absolutely shocking!
So what does Fin have to add here??
Actually its that... Hollywood could have avoided a lot of it... if only their messaging had been a bit subtler!
Instead... they chose to go with who I will now call.... Hamhandia!
Now this bitch has seen a lot of hate on the internet for this role... and what I find worse about it... is that it is nearly all the creators fault!
And the character is even played by a fellow of our gays too!
But gay guys... you need to know when lesbians aren't exactly our allies. And that often can occur when they start to look like this.... thinking about the inequality of women for the last... oh I don't know....forever.....
And at these times... such will view even "gay men" as their oppressors.... and... for Fin at least... that's the bridge beyond way too far.
So before I go further with this analysis of criticizing a role built to advocate women equality in the worplace... let me be very clear here in case any women ever read this.
YOU. HAVE. NOTHING. ON. GAY. MEN.
EVER.
We are NOT guilty to you in any way. by default. EVER.
There is a void in your all encompassing man rage... and you can not breach it. And we live there.
Listen to the truth of it and accept it. We are off your radar as a set of targets... and deal with it.
We have NO "original sin" in the treatment of women... even if you think we still benefit from our danglies in society. (And to that I would say... your myopia is glaring... we have enough of a challenge as is.)
I do not want your body.
I do not want to take your "power".
In fact the ONLY thing I really care about in women are their BRAINS!
And in that regard... a lot of "feminists" are bizarrely not ready to live in a world where that is ALL that is ever wanted out of them. And then treated like it.
Yes... bitch, you should be equal... yes, bitch... history has been awful... but bitch....
... you then need to still earn it. Like really... 0_0
So when the bright idea ocurred to teach the "new Han Solo".....
... to not be so cocky to women..... a disaster in art and adult communication transpired!
And to analyze what the women involved must have been thinking here.... is to be SHOCKED at their lack of brains. Absolutely shocked!!!
Women want to be taken seriously? Fine!
Women want to lead other men? Fine!
Women want whatever they want! It's all fine!
Just don't do so like buffoons!
You want a woman to be a general and order around the troops!!?
Then she looks and acts EXACTLY like this bitch... from another Disney movie!
No debate.
At all!

I didn't create the rules of reality... its just how it is.
Ladies... you have to learn deal with the fact that you can not be a damsel... and a warrior at the same!
You want to know why Poe Dameron is and should be questioning every decision Holdo makes...
...because she is standing on a bridge in an open gown... and dyed violet hair!!
That's literally the science fiction equivalent of an octopus... being an admiral!!
But is that really the level of sci fi they wanted to go for women though?
This just does not occur in reality.... and frankly there are reasons for it!!
And this all has gone down because of the weird predicament women have found themselves to be in. To want to be the society equals of men... while still trying to use the aesthetic of beauty heterosexual guys used to judge and evolve them... namely looking like an infantelized caricature of a functional adult.
This bitch is NOT to be taken seriously... as a general!
I really don't care what the fuck Leia said at this point... its just too absurd.
If it looks like you took 15 hours to get ready....you will not be taken seriously in a WAR by anyone. In a real one or on the screen!
And since THE ENTIRE social message of a lot of scenes were... to TRUST the decisions of women...
...quite frankly if they created this social engineering effort on their own behalf.... then I do so far less actually.
Leia however... worked as a soldier character!
Not only did she LOOK like it... she acted like it too!!
Her one-liner put downs of the guys are still some of the best lines in the originals!
And men WILL follow a woman like Leia actually.
She is a character that earned her... swag walk! Constantly!
Holdo however is recreating a recent phenomenon in the workplace though.
Women thinking that they just because they deserve to be equals... means they have already earned it .... individually ... in every case ... no matter what.
Because everyone's sensors should be on high alert... when anyone LOOKS or ACTS like Holdo in a dangerous situation.
And is a travesty of social engineering for it.
Turning off the viewers it was meant to convert!
So when you aim to teach others a lesson.....
....but the effort is so clumsy and unrealistic...
... that you are now calling Han Solo an idiot for not listening what looks like this bitch.....
You are off your "A" game as creators.
And it might not be exactly the fault of men for disliking it..... if you chose to look like who they want to FUCK instead who they want to LEAD.
And NO... social engineering efforts SHOULD not try and overwrite too hard of biology when there other choices available. Masculine acting women... like Leia... are the only realistic depictions of women in such a war situation.... and that should be taught to women as well... just as equally.
So that they don't expect to enter serious situations... and end up looking like an out of place fool.
They very exact think the creators wanted to teach that women are not!
Gay boys.... too much of our lives is spent... caught in the war between these two.
Neither having grown an inch intellectually or emotionally since the day the photo was taken.
They don't talk well to each other.... and honestly if Holdo is an example of how they try to resolve their differences...
...unfortunately it looks like men and women really DO NOT get each other after all. Both ways. Sadly.
Oh well..... we sort of don't have to worry about that one too closely ourselves!
